Consider becoming part of the ARIZONA DESERET CHOIR.

--- MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS ---

To apply to the choir, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older.
Have music knowledge and singing ability to sight read SATB music and be able to confidently follow the music leader's directions; to vocally blend with the other singers. Must have acceptable vocal/musical abilities.
Be willing to submit to a personal vocal/instrumental test as prescribed by the organization leaders.
Commit to a full-year activity season of membership (September through May).
Accept responsibility to physically attend 80% of all regular rehearsals (Thursdays at 7:30 p.m., September through May) and practice sessions and 80% of all scheduled concert performances. You must give notice of intended absence in advance to your section leader for an excused absence.
Pay an annual music fee for your personal membership music checkout number. You must accept financial replacement costs for any lost music while in your personal care.
Pay an annual ADC membership fee.
Purchase prescribed personal performance suit/dress attire for performances, and wear them to each performance.
Have a physical readiness to assist in performance activities.
Lend encouragement by supporting ADC activities and invite new qualified singer/players to apply for membership.
Participate in the ADC marketing plan opportunities.

PLEASE NOTE: Membership observes LDS Church standards.
